Version 1.0 · Last updated: 18 August 2026
This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit https://tilteed.eu (“Tilteed”, the “Site”) and how cookies, analytics, consent-management and advertising technologies are used.
1. Who we are
Tilteed is operated by Brainfood Digital Media and Publishing Single-Member LLC (M.E.P.E.) (“Brainfood”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Brainfood is the data controller for the processing described in this Policy.
Registered address: Empedokleous 28 & Souri 20, 12131 Peristeri, Athens, Greece
Privacy contact: privacy@brainfoodcloud.com
2. Scope
This Policy applies to visitors to Tilteed and to people who contact us about the Site. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that are linked to or embedded in Tilteed. Those services process data under their own privacy notices.
Tilteed is an editorial and technology showcase. It does not currently offer public user registration, paid subscriptions or an email newsletter. If these features are added, this Policy will be updated before or when the relevant processing begins.
3. Personal data we may collect
Depending on how you use the Site and the choices you make in our consent manager, we may process the following categories of data:
- Technical and log data: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, referring and exit pages, requested URLs, date and time, and diagnostic or security logs.
- Consent and privacy-choice data: your consent or opt-out selections, the time of the choice, consent signals and strings generated under frameworks such as the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), Global Privacy Platform (GPP), and Google consent signals.
- Analytics and usage data: page views, approximate geographic region, session information, scrolls, site searches, outbound-link clicks and interactions with content or embedded media. This data is collected only as permitted by your consent choices and applicable law.
- Advertising data: when advertising is enabled, ad requests, impressions, clicks, consent signals, device and browser information, approximate location and pseudonymous identifiers used to deliver, limit, secure and measure advertising.
- Communications: your email address and any information you include if you contact us.
- Comments: if comments are enabled and you submit one, we may collect the information entered in the comment form, your IP address and browser user-agent string for moderation, security and spam detection. An anonymised hash derived from your email address may be sent to Gravatar to determine whether you use that service. For more information, see the Automattic Privacy Policy: https://automattic.com/privacy/
We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data, such as health, biometric, religious or political-belief data, through the Site. Please do not send such information to us unless it is strictly necessary and expressly requested.
4. Why we process data and our legal bases
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Operating, delivering and maintaining the Site: based on our legitimate interests in providing a secure and functional website.
- Protecting the Site, detecting fraud, abuse and technical errors, and maintaining security logs: based on our legitimate interests in protecting our systems, visitors and services, and on legal obligations where applicable.
- Saving and communicating your privacy choices: based on our legal obligations and legitimate interests in demonstrating compliance.
- Measuring audiences, understanding Site use and improving content through non-essential analytics: based on your consent.
- Delivering, personalising and measuring advertising: based on your consent where required. Other legal bases may apply only where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Responding to questions, requests or complaints: based on steps taken at your request and our legitimate interests in communicating with you.
- Complying with legal requirements, regulatory requests and legal claims: based on legal obligations and our legitimate interests in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object as explained in Section 13.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, tags, pixels and device identifiers.
Tilteed may use the following categories:
- Strictly necessary technologies: required for security, basic Site operation, authenticated WordPress administration and recording your consent choices. These cannot normally be disabled through the consent manager because the Site or privacy controls would not work correctly without them.
- Analytics technologies: used, with your consent, to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve performance and content.
- Advertising technologies: used, subject to your choices and the legal requirements applicable in your region, to deliver, limit, personalise and measure advertising and to prevent invalid traffic or fraud.
- Third-party and embedded-content technologies: may be used by services that provide market data, charts, video, images or other embedded features.
The detailed and current list of participating vendors, purposes and available choices is displayed in our consent manager. Because providers may change their technologies and retention periods, the consent manager’s vendor disclosures provide the most current information.
6. InMobi Choice consent manager
Tilteed uses InMobi Choice as its Consent Management Platform (CMP).
The CMP presents privacy choices, records them and communicates consent or opt-out signals to participating technologies and vendors. It supports the IAB TCF 2.3, GPP and Google consent signals, as applicable.
You can accept, reject or customise non-essential processing through the consent screen.
You can review or change your decision at any time by selecting the Privacy Choices or Your Privacy Choices link displayed in the Site footer.
Essential storage used to provide the Site and remember your choice may remain active.
For more information, see:
- InMobi Choice CMP: https://support.inmobi.com/choice/choice-overview/what-is-inmobi-cmp
- InMobi Privacy Policy: https://advertising.inmobi.com/privacy-policy
7. Google Analytics 4
Tilteed uses Google Analytics 4, with measurement ID G-QMMQFET2ZX, to understand Site traffic and visitor engagement.
Enhanced Measurement may measure events such as page views, scrolls, site searches, outbound-link clicks and interactions with embedded content where supported.
Analytics storage and related non-essential processing are controlled through the consent choices and signals presented by our CMP where required.
We take steps not to send names, email addresses or other directly identifying information to Google Analytics.
Google may process technical and usage information under its own terms and privacy documentation.
For more information, see:
- How Google uses information from sites or apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- How Google uses cookies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
8. Advertising and monetisation
Tilteed may display advertising through Google advertising services and other advertising partners identified in the CMP.
When these services are enabled, partners may process ad-request information, device and browser data, approximate location, consent signals, pseudonymous identifiers and ad-interaction data to deliver, secure, limit and measure advertising.
Personalised advertising or advertising profiles are used only where the required choice and legal basis exist.
If you reject personalised advertising, you may still see contextual, non-personalised or limited ads, depending on your region and the technical options available.
These ads may still require limited processing for delivery, frequency capping, security, fraud prevention and aggregate measurement where permitted by law.
We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration. Some disclosures for targeted advertising may, however, be treated as a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain US state privacy laws.
Where applicable, you can opt out through the Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer.
9. Embedded content and TradingView
Tilteed may display third-party content and widgets, including market information supplied by TradingView.
Embedded services may receive your IP address, browser or device information and information about your interaction with the widget. They may also use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies and your applicable consent choices.
For details about TradingView’s processing, see:
Other embedded websites behave as though you visited the third party directly. We do not control those third parties’ independent processing.
10. Who receives personal data
We may disclose relevant data only as necessary to:
- Hosting, infrastructure, security and technical-service providers that support the Site.
- InMobi Choice for consent management and privacy signals.
- Google for Analytics and, when enabled, advertising services.
- TradingView and other embedded-content providers.
- Advertising, measurement and technology vendors shown in the CMP, subject to your choices and applicable law.
- Professional advisers, auditors, courts, regulators or public authorities where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
- A successor in connection with a merger, restructuring, financing or sale of all or part of the business, subject to applicable safeguards and notice requirements.
11. International data transfers
Some providers may process data outside Greece or the European Economic Area.
Where personal data is transferred to a country without an EU adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards where required, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
Transfers to eligible US organisations may also rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You may request information about relevant safeguards by contacting us.
12. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, taking account of legal, security and operational requirements:
- Consent records and preferences: for the period needed to remember and demonstrate your choices, subject to renewal requirements and the CMP configuration.
- Google Analytics user-level event data: for no longer than 14 months under our Analytics retention configuration. Aggregated or de-identified reports may remain available for longer.
- Technical and security logs: for a limited period appropriate to troubleshooting, security and abuse prevention, or longer where an incident or legal requirement makes this necessary.
- Communications: for up to 24 months after the matter is resolved, unless a longer period is required for legal claims or compliance.
- Comments: while the comment remains published or as otherwise necessary for moderation, security, legal claims and record integrity.
- Advertising data: according to the retention periods disclosed by the relevant vendor in the CMP and its privacy policy.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless retention is required by law.
13. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Receive information about and obtain access to your personal data.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Restrict processing.
- Receive data you provided in a portable format.

Hellenic Data Protection Authority:
14. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, secure transmission where supported, monitoring and measures intended to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration.
No internet service is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
15. Children
Tilteed is a general-audience editorial site and is not directed to children under 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through public accounts, newsletters or similar features.
If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
16. Editorial content and external links
Articles may contain names, professional information, quotations, images or other information about people where relevant to editorial reporting.
Such processing may rely on legitimate interests, freedom of expression and information, and applicable journalistic or legal provisions.
Requests concerning editorial content will be assessed in light of both data-protection rights and freedom-of-expression obligations.
Tilteed may link to external sources. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of websites we do not control.
17. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the Site, its providers or legal requirements change.
The current version and effective date will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be highlighted where required.
